It was really fun making this slide, especially  making it with a buddy, but it was really hard to come up with a animal starting with x but after lots of researching we found one in the end.

Poetry Recital

This Term we had to choose a poem or a song and learn it off by heart. Then we had to read it to the class and be judged by it.  This is the poem that I chose.

 My HOLIDAY

Cold summer ice cream getting swirled into the cone 

I thought It was for me but it's my brother’s. I start to groan. 

We all head to the park, But when we get there dogs start to bark.

My brother and Dad play some football but then my brother trips and my ice cream starts to fall.

We all head home it's been a long day my Mum and Dad say it's bedtime And all I say is " OK

have a good night and sleep tight.

Who Knows Me Best

This Week In Room 3 we played a game called who knows me best with our Besties. My 2 friends were Jonnie And Violet. You can check out Jonnies blog if you want. And here is Violet's blog   

When we made the video It was very hard because there was so much background noise. They got to learn a lot about me and I was surprised that they didn't Know some of the questions.    Did you learn something new about me?

Who Do You Think You Are

This Term our Topic is Identity and we are going to learn more about ourselves.

This is a photo of me when I was a baby. My birthday is in June. When I was young I used to suck my fingers and I had a special blanket. What did you do when you were young? 

Wearable Arts Show!

In room  3  we have done our show for Wearable arts. There were 3 shows , 1 on Thursday another one on  Wednesday and the last one was on Wednesday night. But I had to mi out on all three of them because I had a Hip Hop dance show. I was really sad. but on Friday the whole school did the show so we could see each others costumes. I was a purple Octopus. It was really itchy though....  I had a really fun time making these costumes. !!!

Wearable Arts

 In room 3 we have started to make our wearable art capes my group is tangaroa god of the sea. Our topic this term is about the past , present and future. My group used chip packets and cut them out as scales we also made them out of wallpaper.  

My dream holiday

In room 3 we are learning to publish a dlo before it is finished. I found it a bit hard because i forgot how to put the slide on my blog. What do you think could of my slide better? what is your favourite part about it?

Winter poem

I see Flames springing up from the fire.

I hear Rain splatting on my roof.

I taste Rich creamy Hot chocolate.

I smell smoke burning from the fireplace.

I feel cosy and happy.

Today in room 3 we are learning to cover up peoples to faces we are learning this because we should only sharing private Information.

Stained glass window

We have been learning this because it is Autame  and using  different materials. It turned out great but when mine went through the machine it went all crumbly but it looks really cool
